This document defines what is included, what is not, and how we work together. Each section applies to the specific service in scope. General terms at the bottom apply to all services.

General Terms — Applicable to All Services
General Terms
Revisions
2 rounds of revisions included across the entire project.
A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback — not multiple separate messages or feedback shared in parts over multiple days.
Changes to the original brief after work has begun are not covered under revisions and will be billed separately.
A complete change of direction after concepts are shared is treated as a new project, not a revision.
Timeline
Work starts only after advance payment is received and all required inputs are submitted.
Standard turnaround is communicated at project start based on scope.
Timeline is paused if client feedback is delayed beyond 48 hours of sharing work.
MadBuds is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by delayed client inputs or approvals.
Payments
70% advance before work begins — no exceptions.
30% balance before final files are delivered or project goes live.
Final files are not shared until full payment is received.
Advance is non-refundable once work has begun.
For retainers — full monthly amount due by the 1st of each month. Services pause if payment is delayed beyond 7 days.
File Delivery
Files delivered via Google Drive link or WeTransfer.
Source files — raw working files (AI, PSD, Figma, Framer) are not included unless separately agreed and priced.
Client is responsible for downloading and backing up all files.
MadBuds does not guarantee file storage beyond 30 days of delivery.
Client is responsible for verifying files with their printer or manufacturer before production. MadBuds is not responsible for print quality, colour variation, or production errors.
Portfolio & Usage Rights
MadBuds reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolio, website, social media, and case studies.
If confidentiality is required, this must be requested in writing before the project starts.
Full ownership of final delivered files transfers to the client upon receipt of complete payment.
General
All prices are design fees only. Printing, production, photography, stock assets, hosting, ad spend, and installation are not included unless explicitly stated.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of sharing.
MadBuds reserves the right to decline projects that do not align with our scope, values, or capacity.
